Through interactive learning and practical application, participants will gain the confidence to
guide and motivate their staff in positive patient interaction. Learners gain a deeper
understanding of coaching concepts through a step-by-step approach, covering how to
develop a coaching plan and implement coaching by building rapport and effective
communication, providing constructive feedback, and managing coaching challenges.
